What is your return policy?

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund:

    • The order was placed within the last 30 days (this date can be found in your order confirmation email).
    • The product is in new condition, unworn, unused and unwashed.
    • The product has its original price tags attached.

Final Sale on:

    • Earrings, face masks.
    • Clearance products in the sale section.
    • Gift cards.
Where is my order?

We will be sending you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has left our Centre. Please allow up to 7 business days from the order placement date to receive your order with our standard shipping method.

Are shipping costs refundable?

In the instance where you are unhappy with your order and you meet the requirements for a return, shipping will also refunded.

What courier do you use?

We use Canada Post as our shipping partner across Canada.
